Lillian believes in patient-first, compassionate care centered on clarity, comfort, and trust. Baylor earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia Institute of Technology. She then completed her Master of Science in Health Sciences at The George Washington University, where she developed a solid clinical foundation. As a certified Physician Assistant, she applies evidence-based medical training across a broad range of ENT, sinus, and allergy concerns.
